Assess
60 supply chain assessments across 22 countries, covering cocoa in West Africa, coffee in Indonesia, vanilla in Madagascar and Papua New Guinea, spices in Sri Lanka and Guatemala and multiple other tropical value chains. Previously built the first HREDD framework at dsm-firmenich aligned with CSDDD and EUDR and oversaw all assessment quality worldwide.
Operationalise
20 sustainability and remediation projects across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Programs have addressed child labour remediation in jasmine and rose supply chains and regenerative agriculture across multiple origins. In India, the mint program built a regenerative farming model across a large smallholder base, combining agronomic training, women’s entrepreneurship, improved working conditions and field distillation efficiency. At ECOM Trading in Indonesia, a 45-person field team delivered agricultural practices, livelihoods and women’s empowerment programs reaching 10,000 coffee farming households.
Empower
Built and trained local teams in 8 tropical countries to support local partners and suppliers. At dsm-firmenich, drove adoption of supply chain due diligence across procurement and sustainability teams. Elected by peer companies to the steering committees of industry coalitions on child labour and living income in Turkey and Egypt, convened by the Fair Labor Association, helping steer joint action from local suppliers to global brands.
